The following is an actual excerpt of a job posting from a company, seeking an electronic technician. This is real, and has got to be border line illegal, unless of coarse, they were requiring a Navy Seal for the job!

"Physical Requirements: Shop Floor environment / shared workbench or workstation. Willing to perform repetitive motion (rotating wrists, keyboarding, using small/large tools). Willing to lift up to 25 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand or sit for long periods of time. The employee is occasionally required to walk, reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl."

No wheelchairs allowed! How is this for job fairness?! (So much for American labor laws, and hiring the handicapped!)

I wonder what the Wounded Warriors would have to say about this, mostly benign, sitting at a bench, electronic technician job, at an American security and defense contracting company!

As a testament to the strategy of "Micromanagement", the example
below clearly illustrates it's utter lack,
of both business sense, and common sense.

A London based Electronics firm acquired this not only
prosperous electronics company, but cutting edge, in it's
up to date, state of the art, processes, and technology.

Unaware of their limited foresight, and absolute zero visionary
abilities, in order to save a few dollars, they came to the
miserly conclusion, that company consolidation, could
actually be successful in a world beyond their inane
fantasy world.

Shortly afterwards, many key employees made their own
voluntary decisions to step down, and pursue alternate challenges,
and opportunities.

Note that ZERO layoffs ever occurred!
"Micromanagement" - The sign of success. (The British way)

In order to please stockholders, the British feel that an
aggressive approach must be carried out when dealing
with middle management. This technique is clearly depicted
in the image below:
